This MySMEBank Terms of Access sets out the terms and conditions governing your access and use of the Online Application System known as “MySMEBank” provided by Small Medium Enterprise Development Bank Malaysia Berhad (Company No: 49572-H) including its successors in title and assigns (hereinafter referred to as "SME Bank"), in order to enable you to electronically access and use MySMEBank for the purposes of applying for the Financing Applications (as defined below) offered by SME Bank via online mean and monitoring the status of such application.
In addition to MySMEBank Terms of Access, your access and use of MySMEBank is also governed by any other terms, conditions and provisions which SME Bank may prescribe from time to time and make available to you in its website i.e. www.smebank.com.my (“Other Terms of Access”). Should there be any conflict between any of the terms, conditions and provisions in this MySMEBank Terms of Access with any of the terms, conditions and provisions in the Other Terms of Access, the terms and conditions contained in this MySMEBank Terms of Access shall prevail to the extent that it relates to your access and use of MySMEBank unless otherwise determined by SME Bank.
